Warranty
- Universal warrants its products to be free from defects in material & workmanship at the point of sales.
- Given the nature of the game the products are not warranted once used.
- Universal will at its option, repair or replace goods with manufacturing deffects.
- Universal/Distributor liability shall not be exceed the value of the goods sold.
- Universal/Distributor shall not be liable or direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, damage, whether based on contract, or any other legal theory.
- Universal/Distributor disclaim any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied warranties of merchantibility and fitness for a particular purpose.
